The proximity of Brno University of Technology enables our client companies to cooperate with its faculties (four of them are present on the site) on research and development projects. Brno University of Technology is also an excellent source of workforce, particularly graduates with degrees in technical disciplines.

Each of the Technology Park buildings has a sufficient number of dedicated parking spaces in guarded parking areas or in underground parking garages. In addition, you can easily reach us by tram (no. 12) or buses (no. 53 and 65) from the city centre.

Czech Technology Park

Czech Technology Park is a development project with a low level of built-up area which will ultimately provide 190,000 m2 of mixed use spaces for offices, research and light industry along with services and leisure facilities. The site is located in the immediate vicinity of the Brno University of Technology campus.

To this date, over 63,000 m2 of rental space have been developed in 14 buildings. Over 20 companies found their place of business here and altogether they employ over 5,000 people.

Technologický Park Brno, a.s. is a joint-stock company responsible for the operation of the project since its inception. It is a joint investment of the City of Brno and the British multinational group P&O. The company cooperates with Brno University of Technology which is also its shareholder.

Czech Technology Park is regarded as one of the prominent projects of this type in the region.
